I was given your contact details as a recommendation from a friend and am so glad that I contacted you.
The issue with the automatic gearbox was identified following a thorough investgation by the team.
Nino, the owner of the business contacted me immediately to explain the issue.
But then went onto to advise me that this was a common fault in the car make and that I should contact the manufacturer to discuss.
Being a pensioner and with no knowledge of cars, I think that Nino sensed my retisence to have such a conversation.
Nino kindly volunteered to contact the manufacturer on my behalf and called me back within 5 minutes to then let me know that the manufacturer would mend the fault at no cost to me.
Nino then went on to ask for my availability and again called the manufacturer to make my appointment on my behalf.
I cannot thank Nino and his team enough for what they have done for me.
It is so refreshing to come across a company that is so dedicated to their customers and providing customer service above and beyond of anything that we are used to in this day and age.
Thank you so much for all that you have done for me.
I would have absolutely no issues whatsoever in recommending this company to my friends.
